Surprise bags contain surplus food from partner stores at 1/3 of the original price. You purchase through the app, then pick up your bag during the designated time slot. The contents are a surprise, but always great value!
Pickup hours vary by partner and are displayed in the app when you make your reservation. Typically, bags are available at the end of business day when stores have surplus food.
